Willamette Dental Group values referrals for our awesome team. That’s why we offer a top-tier Employee Referral Bonus Program. Recommend qualified candidates and get rewarded:
Dentists: $10,000
Dental Hygienists/RDH: $5,000
Specialty Dentists: $15,000

Referral Bonus Rules & Exemptions
Our external referral program has been updated. We’ve refined the details and eligibility rules to make it even easier for you to refer top talent. Your referrals play a crucial role in our team’s growth. Contact us for more information on how to get started.
- Referred dentist candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Candidate must list referrer’s name and email address on their online application.
- Candidate cannot be a current or former employee.
- Payout is based on full time or part time basis.
Payment will be distributed in two installments:
- 1st installment
- Half the total amount 90 days after the new employee’s date of hire
- 2nd installment
- Half of the total amount 15 months after the new employee’s date of hire
Our Talent Acquisition will review and confirm all employee referral hires and will contact the referrer directly to coordinate payment.
