Employees participate in Corvallis event to support oral cancer awareness, education and survivor resources

Corvallis, Oregon – Willamette Dental employees gathered in Corvallis on Saturday, Sept. 12, to participate in the 2026 Oral Cancer Foundation Walk/Run, joining community members, survivors, caregivers, families and healthcare professionals in support of oral cancer awareness and education.

As a proud event sponsor for the second consecutive year, Willamette Dental was honored to take part in an event that helps raise funds for oral cancer research, public education efforts and resources for patients and survivors. The Corvallis walk is part of the Oral Cancer Foundation’s national walk/run program, which supports research, advocacy, public awareness and survivor support.

The event offered more than a walk and run. It was an opportunity to come together as a community, honor those affected by oral cancer and help advance awareness about the importance of early detection and prevention.

Willamette Dental extends its heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated, volunteered and represented the organization at this year’s event. Their dedication to improving oral health extends beyond office walls and reflects Willamette Dental’s ongoing commitment to the communities it serves.
