HILLSBORO, ORE. – For the second year in a row, Willamette Dental has earned a perfect score of 100 out of 100 on the 2026 Human Rights Campaign Foundation Corporate Equality Index (CEI)—a nationally recognized benchmark for workplace equality.
This achievement reflects our continued commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplace for our LGBTQIA2S+ employees. The Corporate Equality Index evaluates workplace policies, practices, and benefits that impact lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and other LGBTQIA2S+ employees, setting a high standard for equity and inclusion across the United States.
More than 1,000 of the nation’s largest companies participate in the CEI each year, making it one of the most widely respected measures of corporate equality. For more than 20 years, the index has evolved alongside the needs of the LGBTQIA2S+ community—raising expectations for how organizations support their employees.
Earning a perfect score for the second consecutive year reaffirms Willamette Dental’s dedication to equity, belonging, and respect. We believe that creating an inclusive workplace helps our employees feel valued and supported, allowing them to bring their whole selves to work.
