PORTLAND, ORE. – Willamette Dental employees, families, and allies gathered at Tom McCall Waterfront Park in Portland July 18-19, 2026, for the Portland Pride Waterfront Festival & Parade, coming together in celebration of visibility, inclusion, and support for the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
The PRIDE @ Willamette Inclusion Network, a resource and support network for LGBTQIA2S+ employees, patients, and allies, led Willamette Dental’s participation for the fifth consecutive year. Team members hosted a booth to share oral health resources and career opportunities in dentistry with festivalgoers, while employees from across the Pacific Northwest joined thousands of participants in the city parade.
Willamette Dental remains committed to fostering a culture where employees, patients, business clients, and community members feel respected, valued, heard, and appreciated. As a group practice, the company continues to strengthen its work through connection, understanding, and inclusive care that supports the diverse communities it serves.
Willamette Dental has also earned a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation Corporate Equality Index for the second consecutive year. The national benchmarking tool evaluates workplace policies, practices, and benefits that support LGBTQIA2S+ employees, and the recognition reflects the company’s ongoing dedication to equity, belonging, and respect.
