Regular Office Hours: Most offices are open Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5:30 pm and select Saturdays. Hours vary by office location.
Reschedule or Cancel Appointment
If your plans change, appointments can be canceled through our appointment reminders. To reschedule, please call our Appointment Center. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a missed appointment, will incur a fee of up to $50.
