Office visit fees

Do office visit charges apply each time I have an appointment with a dentist or specialist?

Yes. If you have a Willamette Dental insurance plan, the general office visit copay, found in your Summary of Benefits, applies to all visits including orthodontia. The office visit copayment is in addition to other copayments that you may accrue. A separate specialty office visit copay may also be found on your Summary of Benefits, which applies to visits with specialists including endodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons.

At the end of your office visit, you will receive a Statement of Services that will clearly show you the cost savings you receive by being a member of your Willamette Dental insurance plan in comparison with standard dental fees.

Payments may be made in cash, personal check, credit card, or through our portal. All payments are made at the time of service.
