Training & mentorship

All new providers at Willamette Dental undergo an extensive four-month training program with mentors and clinical leadership. This structured program ensures all providers understand our treatment philosophy and are welcomed as a part of our practice. To foster ongoing growth and collaboration, each of our offices is led by a managing dentist who provides continuous mentorship and guidance. This leadership not only supports our dental teams but also ensures that every patient receives the high-quality, compassionate care they deserve.

Credentialing and professional standards

At Willamette Dental, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of care by following the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines for all providers. Our dentists earn a salary, with incentives based on how effectively they deliver evidence-based preventive care and how well they care for their patients—not how much dentistry they perform.
