To receive the benefits of your Willamette Dental plan, you must receive care at a Willamette Dental office location. Appointments are scheduled through a local scheduling team. Wait times vary based on your location and provider choice but the goal is to get you the soonest appointment available. If you have any questions about appointment availability, please submit them through the form below or by calling Willamette Dental Member Services team, M-F 8am – 5pm, at 855-433-6825, option 2.

Orthodontics Included For All Ages

Orthodontic benefits for all ages are included in our dental insurance plans. With no waiting period and no lifetime plan maximum, your orthodontic care is covered with one low comprehensive copay at the start of treatment. All orthodontic treatment is provided by licensed orthodontists at Willamette Dental offices.
