Employee referrals continue to be one of the top sources of all new, successful hires at Willamette Dental Group. Please see below for the updated program details and rules for external referrals.
- General Dentist – $10,000
- Specialty Dentist – $15,000
- Dental Hygienist/RDH – $5,000
Rules & Exemptions
Eligibility:
- Referred dentist candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Candidate must list referrer’s name and email address on their online application.
- Candidate cannot be a current or former employee.
- Payout is based on full time or part time basis.
Payment:
Payment will be distributed in two installments:
- 1st installment
- Half the total amount 90 days after the new employee’s date of hire
- 2nd installment
- Half of the total amount 15 months after the new employee’s date of hire
Our Talent Acquisition will review and confirm all employee referral hires and will contact the referrer directly to coordinate payment.
