To cancel your appointment, you can reply to or click on the link to cancel through the reminder messages you received when you scheduled your appointment. You can also call our Appointment Center at 1-855-433-6825, Option 1 to reschedule or cancel your dental appointment.

Will I be charged if I need to cancel?

We understand that unforeseen events happen. Please provide 24 hours prior notice to avoid a late cancellation fee and to provide us an opportunity to fill the appointment. When you call to reschedule, we will do our best to get you in as soon as possible.
