When you schedule your appointment, just let us know how you want us to contact you to remind you about appointments and to remind you when it is time to schedule your next dental appointment.

Appointment Reminders

After you schedule your appointment at a Willamette Dental Group office, you will receive a reminder message confirming the appointment that was just scheduled with a helpful link to add the appointment to your calendar.  Three days prior to your appointment, you will receive another message asking you to confirm your appointment so we know you’ll be able to make it. We will send a final reminder the day before your appointment with a link to directions to your office location. If your plans change, you can always cancel your appointment through these reminder messages. To reschedule, please call our Appointment Center at 1-855-433-6825, Option 1.

Scheduling Reminders

At your first visit, your dentist will provide you with a personalized treatment plan based on your current risk level for tooth decay and gum disease. Based on that treatment plan, we will send you a reminder message via your preferred contact method when it is time to schedule your next appointment. Our goal is to work with your schedule and to provide you with dental care when you need it. Call us when you wish to be seen and we will make every effort to meet your particular needs.
