The index is a national benchmarking tool that measures policies, practices, and benefits that pertain to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer employees. It is a driving force for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion, and over 1,000 of the nation’s largest businesses have participated. Willamette Dental scored highest in the categories of Transgender-Inclusive Benefits, Outreach and Engagement, Employment Non-Discrimination, and Spousal/Partner Benefits.
The Corporate Equality Index has been in place for over 20 years and is always evolving to meet the changing needs of the community.
