Patient opinions of this bold decision in the two years following have been positive, and proof that this type of transparency strengthens patient confidence with their provider of choice.

Since that time, we’ve continued collecting patient experience data through the nationally-recognized patient experience firm of Press Ganey®, and find a steady pattern of excellence for our individual offices as well. So, with the launch of Willamette Dental Group’s refreshed website in November, 2019, the general public is now able to review star ratings and unfiltered comments about our 50+ offices throughout the Northwest as well.
