Growth brings great opportunity for change and improvements, and a chance to please everyone in more ways. Outgrowing the previous office in Everett, WA, sparked the process to find a new setting that is convenient for patients, dental providers and support staff. The new office is located just a mile away from the previous site and is situated in a nice residential community just a couple of blocks from the Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett.
Four dentists, an endodontist and an orthodontist practice in Everett, with specialty services on the first floor of the building, and general dentistry on the second floor. The number of total operatories increased to 22 (from 16 at the previous Everett location), and most of the 16 general dentistry operatories on the new second floor have picture-window views either of the Possession Sound or of the neighborhood tree-lined street, fostering a more relaxed appointment experience for patients. Patients are made comfortable in private operatories, all with new dental chairs, and providers enjoy access to upgraded equipment.
“As a provider and employer of choice it was important for us to offer our patients and our team the most positive experience possible,” says Nicoleta Szolosi, Everett practice manager. “Since moving into our new space, our patients give it rave reviews on the Press Ganey patient experience surveys. One even remarked that her favorite operatory is like a ‘treehouse.’ Also, our staff is very appreciative of having terrific patient care areas and an upgraded break room.
