Our people are our greatest strength and many of our most successful hires come from referrals. If you know a talented dental professional who shares our commitment to quality care, we encourage you to refer them and be rewarded.
Examples of referral bonus opportunities:
- Oral Surgeon – $20,000
- General Dentist – $10,000
- Specialty Dentist – $15,000
- Dental Hygienist (RDH) – $5,000
Current Willamette Dental employees and non-employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
HOW IT WORKS
How to refer talent, eligibility requirements, and bonus payouts
Referring is simple
Encourage your candidate to apply to an open position and have them include your name and email in their application. Our Talent Acquisition team will take it from there.
Eligibility guidelines
Dentist referrals must have at least one year of relevant experience. The candidate cannot be a current or former employee and must list the referrer on their application. Payout eligibility is determined based on full-time or part-time status.
Bonus payout structure
Referral bonuses are paid in two installments: 50% at 90 days after hire and the remaining 50% at 15 months. Our Talent Acquisition team will review all referrals, confirm eligibility, and coordinate payment directly with you.
