Willamette Dental Group, P.C. (WDGPC) acknowledges the significant impacts resulting from the wildfires affecting Spokane and surrounding communities. We recognize the challenges these fires have created, including evacuation orders, road closures and other hazardous conditions impacting many residents.
At this time, all WDGPC offices remain open and fully operational. There have been no reported impacts to our ability to provide dental care and service to our patients.
We understand that some patients may be unable to attend scheduled appointments due to evacuation orders, unsafe travel conditions, or other wildfire-related disruptions. If patients are unable to attend scheduled appointments because of these conditions, please be assured that WDGPC will waive any missed appointment or late cancellation fees during this statewide emergency.
For patients whose regular dental office or provider becomes unavailable due to wildfire-related impacts, WDGPC is prepared to help identify an alternative provider whenever possible. We are also evaluating options to ensure patients can continue to access necessary dental services, including coverage at adjusted out-of-network benefit levels when appropriate.
