Onboarding
All hygienists receive a thorough orientation over several days, both at the dental office, and at headquarters. Dental hygienists here practice an evidence-based treatment philosophy, and a team approach to our patient’s care, including utilizing restorative hygienists. Our hygienists often remark that this is their dream situation.
